By accessing our physical premises, using our website, registering for membership, making a purchase, or engaging with any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, members, and others who access or use our Services ("Users"). If you are using our Services on behalf of a business entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Our Services are intended for individuals aged 18 years or older. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. Minors may visit our premises and use our Services only when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on their behalf.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Silver Plaza grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes. Silver Plaza reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if the information you provide is inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete.
Silver Plaza's loyalty membership programme is open to all individuals aged 18 years or older who are residents of India. Membership is personal and non-transferable. Corporate memberships are available; please contact us for details.
Members earn loyalty points on qualifying purchases made at Silver Plaza. Points are credited to your account within 24 hours of a qualifying transaction. Points may be redeemed for discounts, exclusive experiences, and partner rewards, subject to the redemption terms in effect at the time of redemption.
Loyalty points that remain unused for a period of 24 consecutive months from the date they were earned will expire and cannot be reinstated. Silver Plaza reserves the right to modify the points expiry policy with reasonable advance notice to members.
Silver Plaza operates a tiered membership structure (Silver, Gold, Platinum) based on annual spending. Tier benefits, spending thresholds, and associated privileges are communicated through our membership portal and are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
Silver Plaza reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership, and to forfeit any accrued points, in the event of suspected fraud, abuse of the programme, or breach of these Terms. Members may also voluntarily cancel their membership by contacting us in writing.
All prices displayed in Silver Plaza's retail stores and on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless otherwise stated. Silver Plaza reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, UPI payments, net banking, digital wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay), and cash. All electronic payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. Silver Plaza does not store your complete payment card details on our servers.
For online orders, a purchase is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email from Silver Plaza. We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, you will receive a full refund within 7 business days.
All transactions are subject to applicable Indian taxes including GST. Tax invoices will be provided for all purchases upon request. For GST input credit purposes, please ensure your GSTIN is registered with us at the time of purchase.
Silver Plaza accepts returns of unused, unworn, undamaged products with original packaging and receipt within 15 days of purchase for most categories. The following categories are not eligible for return: undergarments, swimwear (for hygiene reasons), personalised/custom-made items, perishable goods, digital downloads, and items marked as "Final Sale."
Exchanges may be made within 30 days of purchase, subject to product availability. Exchanged items must be in their original condition with all tags attached. Size exchanges for apparel are facilitated free of charge where stock is available.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Refunds to credit/debit cards may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement. Cash refunds are issued immediately for cash purchases. Gift card refunds are issued as Silver Plaza Gift Vouchers.
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of purchase or delivery. We will arrange for a prompt replacement or full refund, including any delivery charges incurred.
All content on Silver Plaza's website and physical materials — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, video, audio, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of Silver Plaza or its content suppliers and is protected under Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The Silver Plaza name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Silver Plaza. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view our website content for personal, non-commercial use only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or public display of our content without our prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
By registering as a member, making a purchase, submitting a contact form, or otherwise engaging with Silver Plaza's Services, and where you provide your explicit consent, you agree to receive communications from Silver Plaza through various channels including:

Opting out of marketing communications will not affect transactional or service-essential communications.

Silver Plaza's Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Silver Plaza disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of information provided through our Services.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Silver Plaza shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, our Services, even if Silver Plaza has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall Silver Plaza's total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to your use of our Services exceed the amount paid by you to Silver Plaza in the six months preceding the claim.
While Silver Plaza takes all reasonable precautions to maintain a safe environment in our physical premises, we cannot be held liable for personal injury, loss, or damage resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of third parties or force majeure events.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Silver Plaza, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of our Services, including but not limited to any use of our website's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorised in these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law provisions. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to these Terms.
In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or any breach thereof, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
Nothing in these Terms shall affect your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable Indian consumer protection legislation. You may also approach the Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission if you have an unresolved consumer complaint against Silver Plaza.
Silver Plaza reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on our website, sending an email to your registered address, or through other appropriate means. The updated Terms will indicate the date of the most recent revision.
Your continued use of our Services following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of our current practices.
If we make material changes that substantially affect your rights, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before the changes become effective, giving you the opportunity to review and, if you disagree, to close your account or cease using our Services.
